Luis Cotto was the service advisor. He greeted me with respect and was very polite.we discussed the reasons I came to the dealership. He explained the services my car needed and the cost. Twice asked to speak to the GM and were told “he just stepped out, I’ll leave a message for him to call you”, which he never did. He’ll talk a good game to sell but forget about decent service after the purchase.

July 21, 2026 I recently bought a 2023 used vehicle from this dealership. My salesman Josh Simmons was very helpful up until I committed to buying, then he immediately made himself scarce…And this was even before signing. Silly me, I should have backed out at that point, but I really wanted the car. I waited several+ hours for the finance manager and finally left without signing. In all those hours my salesman Josh did not return for any type of follow-up or information (as he had moved on to other buyers) so I just left. Shortly afterwards I received a call from him inquiring as to why I just left. I expressed my frustration and his lack of customer service and then agreed to return the next day, by appointment only, to sign the necessary documents. At signing, the finance manager asked me what had happened to make me leave. I explained my frustration, he apologized and all was well. After signing, I received the single “key fob” to my car from my salesman, Josh Simmons. I inquired as to a second key fob. He said he would inquire as to another, indicating he would check with the previous owner and call me on what he found out. I indicated my lack of confidence in him calling me back, so he promised. He did not. That was three weeks ago! Last Friday, 5 days ago, I returned to the dealership to pick up my registration sticker. Again, my salesman, Josh Simmons was there and met me at the door. I voiced my disgust at not having received a call back regarding the second key fob. He again said he would check with the previous owner and indicated that he was working with his manager on getting a second one. He again PROMISED to call me back after I voiced my lack of confidence in this, AND AGAIN, to date, no call back. I called him yesterday and surprisingly got through only to be put on hold so he could once again check with his manager. I waited on hold 40 minutes and finally just hung up. I called back several times asking for Josh Simmons, never getting through, but receiving a voicemail saying his mailbox is full, so I couldn’t leave a message. The last call I placed I asked for a sales manager. I was referred to William’s voicemail (I didn’t catch his last name). I left my name, call back number and the reason I was calling. Again, no call back! Needless to say, I AM FRUSTRATED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! NOW, and to be fair, I realize I bought a used car. I am more than willing to purchase another key fob, but hesitate to do so until my salesman, Josh Simons follows up on what he promised to do multiple times in the last three weeks. I have done my research and have been told the key fob can cost anywhere from $500 - $900. I expressed this to Josh and I do appreciate his willingness to try and locate a second key fob for me. BUT, 3 weeks is a very long time to wait for the “I’ll call you back” he promised on 3 different occasions now and after I voiced my lack of confidence in him doing so. THAT, is my disgust and frustration with this dealership! There was no follow-up the day I agreed to purchase the vehicle and waited hours to sign the documents. There was no follow-thru on the 3 different occasions my salesman told me I’ll call you back and there was no call back even from the sales manager William. SO, my review is ZERO STARS… BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I only hope your experience at this dealership is better than mine! Once you commit to buy, just know, you’re on your own!
